Delivery Terms for Zanzibar:
• Standard delivery: 2-6 hours within Zanzibar
• Express delivery available for additional fee
• Installation services provided by certified technicians
• Delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur
• Signature required for delivery acceptance
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations
• Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance

Return Policy:
• 14-day return period for unused items in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
• Custom orders and installed items cannot be returned
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase required for all returns
• Installation fees are non-refundable
• Defective items will be replaced or repaired per warranty terms
